Ultimate Care Madison is a friendly and well-established Aged Care Facility that provides a high standard of care for our Rest Home and Hospital level care residents.

Madison has been part of the Levin community for over 20 years. Situated in a picturesque setting, our well-appointed 53 bed facility is built around well-maintained grounds with a spacious private courtyard which is enjoyed by residents and families.

In the facility we have spacious communal lounges and 2 dining rooms where we offer nutritious home cooked meals from our onsite kitchen.

Please Note: Respite care is available however, some conditions may apply

Premium room charges may apply for some rooms at our facility with a minimum charge of $10.00 per day to a maximum charge of $25.00 per day for a new resident. - This facility has a specialist dedicated respite room

We have spacious communal lounges and a dedicated dining area where we offer nutritious home cooked meals.

Ultimate Care Madison Village

Ultimate Care Madison Village has been well established in the Levin community for over 20 years. The Village is comprised of 18 independent Villas, a mix of one- and two-bedroom villas set amongst well maintained landscaped grounds.

The two-bedroom villas are spacious, sunny, and modern with internal garage access with a surrounding garden which either we can maintain for you, or you may wish to continue to look after your own garden. The one-bedroom villas are also spacious, sunny, and fully modernised with a car port and a smaller garden area.

Village residents can access some services from our adjoining Residential 53 bed Care Facility. If your needs should change, you can discuss with the Facility Manager what is required to access the rest home or hospital level of care in the Care Facility. Village residents have priority to transfer to the Care Facility depending on bed availability. Respite care is available however some conditions may apply.

You may wish to join in our busy activities schedule which would see you socialising in a friendly community of likeminded people. Or you can relax and take things easy, living independently in your own home.
