Re: Covid - Managing Omicron

We are writing to update you on managing Covid within Ultimate Care Churtonleigh.

Over the weekend, some of our residents have tested positive for Covid-19. Most of you will have been on this journey with us before, and we know it is unsettling for our residents and families to be apart.

However, we are advising that the decision has been made to close Churtonleigh to all non-essential visits effective immediately. Covid testing will continue to take place today.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, or distress, this may cause and will welcome visitors again as soon as practical and safe to do so.

All our staff continue to undergo testing before each shift, and our residents, if they are symptomatic.

Thank you for your understanding with these challenging times upon us. We hope you are all staying safe and coping with the change in season. Take care.
