Dear Family & Friends of Ultimate Care Rhapsody

Re: Covid onsite at Rhapsody As you may be aware from last week, we have several of our residents that have tested positive for Covid-19. We have closed the facility to non-essential visitors at this stage and will look to review this early next week .

Our staff are also affected and isolating. Again, we will remind you that they are well trained and prepared for this scenario and this is being managed in accordance with our internal policy and procedures, alongside Public Health, and our local DHB. All our staff undergo testing before each shift, and our residents, if they are symptomatic.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, or distress, this may cause. We will welcome visitors again as soon as practical and safe to do so. Thank you for your understanding, Take care.
