Re: Covid and onsite visits

We are writing to update you on managing Covid within Ultimate Care Roselodge. We are pleased to open Roselodge today, Tuesday, 24th May, to families and friends who would like to visit.
Naturally we continue to care for our residents, protecting them for possible contact with covid, and to this end, all staff continue to test every day before coming to work.

When you visit, please remember to:

• Wear a facemask, including covering your mouth and nose.
• Sanitise your hands before and after your visit.
• Keep social-distance and only visit your family member.

Thank you for your understanding with these challenging times upon us. As always, any questions please speak with Elmarie. We hope you are all staying warm, safe and take care as we’re heading into these colder months.
