Bishop Selwyn Village has been part of the Spreydon neighbourhood for over 25 years and has built a strong reputation amongst our community. We offer residents the best of both worlds, with the freedom of independent living and an adjoining rest home and hospital complex onsite for added peace of mind. Just around the corner from us is our sister village Rose Court with who we enjoy a close connection. There is a genuine sense of belonging with our communities being well integrated.

Our village offers a mixture of independent one and two bedroom villas and studios. Villas enjoy a modern open plan kitchen to the light filled living and dining area. Bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms are also modern. These all have the ability to choose a support service if and when you may require assistance. Our care studios feature a kitchenette with microwave and fridge, ensuite bathroom and living area.

We are proud of our comprehensive activities programme which caters for our range of residents with weekly outings and shopping trips organised. You are also welcome to join in with other entertainment provided in the rest home.

Residents, family and friends are encouraged to enjoy strolling through our tranquil garden setting, with many restful areas to use. Our bird aviary attracts a lot of attention and is enjoyed by all.

From Monday to Friday a daycare programme also operates from our rest home.

Premium room charges may be available at our facility with a minimum charge of $10 per day or a maximum charge of $20 per day for a new resident.
