A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at Ultimate Care Rose Court. This beautiful purpose-built facility offers studios and apartments in a separate wing to the main care facility. With spacious hallways and lounge areas and a sunny conservatory, the facility wouldn’t be complete without its stunning rose garden with ornate fountain. Our kitchen team create food to delight all our residents.

Our residents love being located in a quiet residential street, nestled amongst lovely homes and a caring neighbourhood. We have a close relationship with residents living at our sister facility, Ultimate Care Bishop Selwyn, just round the corner. This nurtures and maintains a real sense of community as many residents already know each other.

Please Note: Respite care is available however, some conditions may apply

Premium room charges may be available at our facility with a minimum charge of $10 per day or a maximum charge of $25 per day for a new resident.
